Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed to help students understand the importance of muscle memory and gain the best results in their dance training. It is difficult for students to feel what muscles initiate the correct alignment in dance training, however, as the fit ball is continually mobile under the students’ body, it gives the students a sense of posture and weight –placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group.
Our PBT class is aimed at students already enrolled in a dance class. It is perfect for any dancer wanting to build core strength, flexibility, muscle memory, alignment and much more. Our dancers are able to achieve their goals and gain the most out of their training with PBT.
